Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased through the COGA online shop. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.

Shipping

We ship New Zealand-wide, with a flat rate of $7.00 NZD applied to all orders.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation email and a further notification when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, please allow:

  • Christchurch and greater Canterbury: 1–3 business days
  • North Island and other South Island regions: 3–5 business days
  • Rural addresses: please allow an additional 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. COGA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Where tracking is available, details will be included in your dispatch notification email.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate and health-related nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been dispatched. This applies to all products in the COGA shop, including:

  • SOLENA-P Pelvic Pain Relief Patches
  • Olive & Bee Intimate Cream

This is consistent with standard health and hygiene product guidelines and is in place to protect the safety and wellbeing of all customers.

Damaged items or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at reception@coga.org.nz with the following:

  • Your full name and order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging (where applicable)

We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product is found to be faulty or does not meet the guarantees provided under New Zealand consumer law, you are entitled to a remedy.
