Cancellation Policy

COGA’s Appointment rescheduling and cancellation terms

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment time.
  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted via phone or email to the COGA’s administrative team.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be invoiced for the full consultation cost.
  • The full consultation fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

  • The cancellation fee must be paid in full before scheduling future appointments.
  • Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in your ability to book future appointments.

Exceptions

  • In exceptional circumstances, the clinic management reserves the right to review and potentially waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
