Cancellation Policy
COGA’s Appointment rescheduling and cancellation terms
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the original scheduled appointment time.
- Rescheduling requests must be submitted via phone or email to the COGA’s administrative team.
Cancellation Fees
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be invoiced for the full consultation cost.
- The full consultation fee will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation, including unforeseen circumstances.
Payment
- The cancellation fee must be paid in full before scheduling future appointments.
- Failure to pay the cancellation fee may result in your ability to book future appointments.
Exceptions
- In exceptional circumstances, the clinic management reserves the right to review and potentially waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
